Returns


The returns process for items purchased from this website is very simple. You have seven working days to return items.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we believe that you will be, but occasionally you may need to return an item. You can cancel your order and return it to us within seven days of the purchase date if it is in it's original condition, completely unused, with it's undamaged original packaging and all tags intact. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (that requires a signature upon delivery).

Refunds are made within seven working days of an order being cancelled and the goods returned to us along with the original receipt.

You will need to pay for the postage costs of any items that you return and should the return be lost in the post this is your responsibility. We strongly advise that you take out adequate insurance when you post the item(s) and preserve all evidence of your return. We strongly recommend that you send your return by recorded delivery or by a means that can provide proof of sending and tracking. Proof of postage documents must contain the LandieBox address and the date of postage.
