Delivery

The standard delivery charge per order is just shown for each item to a UK mainland address during the check out process. Delivery costs for bespoke items will be advised prior to dispatch. For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, UK Off-Mainland Islands and English Channel Islands please see the individual shipping price quoted when you reach the checkout page and have chosen your location from the drop down menu.

Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday-Friday) will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. Orders placed after 12 noon or at weekends or public holidays will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail or Night Freight  courier service and for most parts of the UK is two working days.

Orders for delivery internationally are calculated on a per order basis, based on location and total order weight. This is automatically calculated on the checkout page when you have chosen your location from the drop down menu. Delivery times will vary depending on your exact location but generally, for international orders, it ranges from 3 - 30 working days.

We will deliver to the address you give us when you place your order and it is your responsibility to give us the full and correct delivery address details. Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO Box numbers.
